On October 31st, Duxford College for Advanced Studies hosted a “Faculty Development Session,” focused on improving mentorship and teaching methods. Prof. S. Gnesan, Director of Duxford International Business School, served as the chief guest. The session centered on the theme “Mentoring Students to Benefit All Stakeholders,” emphasizing how effective mentoring can lead to student success, faculty growth, and positive institutional and community impacts.
