On September 13, 2023, the event Lifeaholic, themed #BreakTheCycle, was held, focusing on anti-narcotics awareness. The program was inaugurated by M. Sasidharan Pillai, the Kalikavu Circle Inspector, who highlighted the importance of awareness and prevention in combating substance abuse. The chief guest, Paulose Kuttampuza, a Sub-Inspector of Police, delivered an impactful address on the effects of narcotics on individuals and society, urging participants to make informed choices and break the cycle of addiction. Organized in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Duxford, the event successfully aimed to educate and empower attendees to promote a healthier, drug-free lifestyle within the community.
