Student Grievance Redressal Portal
At Duxford College for Advanced Studies (DCAS), we are committed to addressing student concerns promptly and fairly. To ensure that all grievances are handled efficiently, we encourage students to submit their concerns via email to the Grievance Redressal Committee.
How to Submit Your Grievance:
- Draft your grievance: Clearly describe the issue you are facing, providing all relevant details such as dates, locations, and individuals involved, if applicable.
- Attach supporting documents: If available, attach any documents or evidence (e.g., medical certificates, exam records, etc.) that support your grievance.

Types of Grievances You Can Submit:
- Academic Concerns: Issues with examinations, grading, attendance, etc.
- Administrative Matters: Problems with campus facilities, services, or infrastructure.
- Harassment or Discrimination: Report any form of bullying, harassment, or unfair treatment.
- Financial Concerns: Issues related to fees, scholarships, or financial aid.
- Other Concerns: Any additional issues affecting your experience at DCAS.

All grievances will be treated with strict confidentiality. Only those responsible for reviewing and addressing the issue will have access to your submission. We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process.
